Namex technical personnel can provide members support for datacenter operations involving:

  • Hardware setup, installation or replacement (excluding configuration)
  • Cabling and cross connections checks

What you can get

Operations support must be requested with due advance notice and is subject to approval depending on complexity and staff availability. Costs vary according to the total amount of time required and the typology of intervention:

  • Ordinary scheduled support: office hours (8.00 – 18.00), must be requested 48h in advance
  • Ordinary unscheduled support: office hours (8.00 – 18.00), must be requested at least 2h in advance
  • Extraordinary scheduled support: out of office hours (night, holidays), requested 48h in advance
  • Extraordinary unscheduled support: out of office hours (night, holidays), requested at least 2h in advance
